Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy covers the website justit.co.il and the apps published by JustIT ("we") on Google Play and other app stores. If a specific app has its own privacy policy, that policy takes precedence for that app.

2. Information we collect

• Information you give us: the details you enter in the website questionnaire (name, phone, email, business details and your answers) or send us by email. In apps with sign-up, your account details (such as name and email) and the content you create.
• Technical information: basic usage data, device type, OS version and crash reports, collected so the app works and improves.
• Device permissions: an app asks for access (for example notifications, camera or calendar) only when a feature you turned on needs it. You can revoke a permission at any time in your device settings.

3. How we use information

• To run the website and apps and provide the service you asked for
• To answer messages and give support
• To improve performance, fix bugs and keep things secure
• To comply with the law

We do not sell personal information.

4. Third parties

Information may be processed by service providers working for us: website hosting (Vercel), the database where contact requests are stored (Supabase), the email delivery service (Resend), and analytics and crash reporting tools. They receive only what they need to provide the service. We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.

5. Security

Traffic to the website and apps is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) and we take reasonable steps to protect your information. No system is completely secure.

6. Retention

We keep information while your account is active or as long as it is needed for the purposes above, then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Deleting your account and data

You can ask at any time to delete your app account and all data linked to it. If the app has a delete option in its settings, you can use it directly. Otherwise:

• Email contact@justit.co.il with the subject "Deletion request".
• Include the app name and the email or username of the account.
• We will delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Data we are legally required to keep (such as payment records) is kept only for the required period, then deleted.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you have the right to access the information held about you and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Contact us at the email below.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
